FAQ's

Q: How much commission do I have to pay?

A: You can have a buyers agent represent you and their commissions are typically paid by the seller, but be aware that if you sign a buyers agency contract with a brokerage and you do not use their services you could be liable to pay a commission.

Q: Can I buy a home with NO money down?

A: Yes, there are several different types of 100% loans available. For more information ask your mortgage lender or visit our Mortgage Information section.

Q: Do all buyers that go through you have to get their mortgage loans through you also?

A: Our mortgage application on our site is there to help buyers if they have questions or need a lender to help them with a mortgage. A buyer can use any lender they choose.

Q: How can the seller pay my closing costs?

A: Sellers are allowed to pay the closing costs for the buyer. You can add the closing costs to the purchase price, and have the seller pay the closing costs back to you at closing. Be aware that if you offer more than the listed price of a home your offer will be subject to obtaining an appraisal high enough to cover the cost.

Q: Should I have a fixed or variable rate?

A: In some cases a variable rate would be a better loan. Ask your mortgage lender which is best for your situation. Or you can visit our Mortgage Section.

Q: Do you have any foreclosed homes and bank owned properties for sale?

A: We can send you a weekly report of available foreclosed and bank owned homes for sale; just email us and include the specific price range and area you would like the "Foreclosure Weekly Report" on. One of our Sales Professionals will contact you within 24 to 48 hours to set you up.
