How much is a franchise?
A: The franchisee fee is $7,500
|
How much are the royalty fees?
A: The ongoing royalty is based on the size of your office. 0 to 5 Sales Agents is $295 per month, 6 to 14 Sales Agents is $495 per month, and 15 or more Sales Agents is $795 per month. There are NO percentage fees like other companies.

Are there any other monthly fees involved?
A: No other fees are required.

How does the 30% Revenue Sharing program work?
A: As a Franchise Owner you are able to sponsor other Franchisees to Global Choice Real Estate. Each sponsor receives 30% of their sponsors monthly payment every month for every office sponsored.
Example: You buy a franchise and someone else views your website, and buys a franchise. You become the sponsored office, and will receive 30% from their monthly franchise fees. If the sponsored office has 20 sales agents they would be paying $795 per month, and you would receive $238.50 every month!

What requirements are needed to buy a franchise?
A: There are a few requirements that must be met when purchasing a Global Choice Real Estate franchise. First there is an application process to ensure that you are financially stable and have the funds (or capital) necessary. This typically means that you have the financial ability to purchase the franchise, equip your office, and to support initial advertising expenses and start-up operating costs, as well as have a financial cushion of a few months living expenses. These types of start-up costs will vary from market to market and, as with any business, are needed during the growing phase.
We will also need to be able to see that you have had at least three years prior residential real estate experience and market knowledge of the local area. Additionally, you will need to have a broker's license or someone with a broker's license that will be running your office as the Principal Broker.

Can we operate out of our home, or home office?
A: Yes. It's your business, and you can run it how you like. Many have found that executive office suites work out well when starting out, and we can help you assess these needs based on your local market and projected growth. Some franchisees just want to run a two person office, and others want a larger office with 20 or more agents. Our franchise works for both!
